Our client is a not for profit national Institute who pride themselves on building long lasting relationships with a wide range of corporate clients.
The organisation provide a suite of services to their clients/members including professional development, networking opportunities and trade-specific updates.
They are recruiting an experienced Account Manager to maximise their corporate relationships and in turn increase corporate membership revenue by upselling and ensuring corporate members buy-in has a long term focus.
The successful candidate will have the ability to understand the culture of a not for profit sector and adapt their approach accordingly.
It is essential the focus is around emotional engagement, backed up with genuine passion for this professional membership specifically.
Main duties for the Account Manager include:
Maximise engagement with current corporate clients to ensure membership renewals.
Accountable for KPI's on both renewal rates and maximising head count within each corporate client.
Log calls/contacts/meetings and follow up on all marketing campaigns.
Take lead on face to face client meetings with Director-level contacts.
Produce account plans, order intake and delivery of revenue forecasts.
Essential criteria for the Account Manager includes:
Experience developing relationships with Director level contacts.
Proven experience of consultative sales approach within B2B engagement offering products, services or solutions.
Excellent presentation skills.
Articulate, confident and self motivated.
