A University have gone through an exciting period of growth are looking to recruit an Academic Services Coordinator.
This role is office based at their brand new campus in the city of London.
As the Academic Services Coordinator, you will form part of Registry, providing timely and efficient administrative support to the College's student body, faculty, and other departments to ensure the College provides an exceptional student experience at all times. This will include:
Supporting with the administration and accurate recording of student data on the student information system
Assisting with the administration for all assessments at the College
Supporting the Registrar in the management and administration of the student journey from enrolment to graduation.
Experience working in a education administration role.
Excellent IT skills, including Excel, with experience of Student Information Systems
Experience of working in a student support environment
Good written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills to deal with individuals at various levels
