Academic Services Administrator

A growing university are looking to recruit an Academic Services Administrator on a permanent basis paying £25,00 per annum.

As the Academic Services Administrator, you will work within the Registry team and provide timely and efficient administrative support to the College's student body, faculty, and other departments. You will act as point of contact for student queries and support processes relating to assessment as well as student and programme records. You will work with the wider team to ensure the College provides an exceptional student experience at all times.


Experience and knowledge required:
● Experience of working in an administrative and student support role within the Further Education or Higher Education sector
● Good written communication and strong interpersonal skills to deal with individuals at various levels
● Excellent IT skills, including advanced Excel, Word, Student Information Systems, and Virtual Learning Environment platforms .
● Well-organised and able to prioritise and work under pressure.
