We are looking to recruit an Academic Programme Coordinator for a leading arts University on a part time temporary contract paying £15.14 per hour. This will be for 2 days a week which can be worked flexibly and will be homebased.

As the Academic Coordinator you will work closely with the Academic Programme Manager to continually enhance academic delivery. This includes supporting with the development and maintenance of the schools timetable. Inputting information into the timetabling software (CELCAT) checking for errors and maintaining accuracy.

Main Responsibilities

Assist in the production, delivery and maintenance of the School's timetable, including, but not limited to classes, workshops, and events within agreed timescales, making full use of the functionality of the timetabling software.

Provide timely and high-quality administrative support across all academic programmes.

Data entry on CELCAT.

Key experience required:

Experience with CELCAT is essential for this role as is excellent attention to detail.
