A renowned mental health focused charity are looking for two experienced Direct Marketing Officers (1 x Acquisition, 1 x Retention) to join their London offices on a permanent basis.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering multiple direct marketing campaigns from start to finish, including the coordinating and writing of briefs, all creative, data, and production elements, and ensuring income/expenditure targets are met.

  • Actively researching developments within the sector, in order to assist with the development of the direct marketing programme.

  • Working with your manager to make sure that agreed annual targets for income and expenditure are achieved.

  • Working with both internal teams and external agencies in order to undertake analysis which will improve the direct marketing programme on an ongoing basis.

You should have a number of years' experience of managing direct marketing appeals across a diverse range of channels, dealing with external suppliers and agencies, and using fundraising databases in order to monitor and evaluate results. Having worked within strict budgetary constraints, you should also have demonstrable experience of contributing to annual plans within a Direct Marketing programme.
