Loss of Corporate Knowledge (LOCK)

This webinar will be based on the “Loss Of Corporate Knowledge (LOCK)”. David will cover topics such as employee engagement, diversity, business partnering and recruitment strategies.

Speaker: David Roy, Head of Finance Business Partnering

Currently heading up a business partnering team at NHS Resolution, the litigation arm of the NHS, David is a finance leader with over 30 years experience, often gained in large public sector bodies such as HMRC and the City of London Police.

He has also worked for national charities, including Scope, and for health regulators. Being the financial lead on major transformation programmes for the General Dental Council gave David critical insights into managing change, not only financially but from a business continuity perspective. He will be sharing some of those insights today.

As a speaker, David has served twice as president of an ACCA Toastmasters club and given presentations at the ACCA global headquarters. Away from work, he is an accomplished musician who enjoys playing keyboards and writing music. Through his wife, he has developed an encyclopaedic knowledge of the TV series 'Friends'.
