With the introduction of the new UK immigration system from 1 January 2021, this webinar will focus on the Skilled Worker visa category, which essentially replaces the former Tier 2 (General) route.

We will be looking at the requirements of the sponsor and sponsorship, main eligibility criteria for applicants and application processes for both non-EU and EU nationals.
