As part of our commitment to giving back to the non-profit sector, TPP our hosting our next virtual membership roundtable event via zoom. This event will give membership professionals and those involved in the field the opportunity to network, share best practice and to find solutions to common problems. We wanted to continue to be able to provide this useful event, particularly in these challenging times.

Topic: Membership renewals and the ‘new normal’

Many membership professionals will be thinking about how the current COVID-19 situation will impact on their annual renewal campaign and steps that may need to be taken to mitigate any diminution in renewal income, the pace of renewal and the organisation’s retention rate. This session will ask participants to share what their organisation has done or is planning to do about the 2020/21 renewal campaign. 

We will explore:

  • Current considerations
  • Adjustments which may need to be made
  • The importance of illustrating added value
  • Key messages for members
