This 60 minute interactive webinar hosted by Inclusive Employers is aimed at exploring and embedding inclusion principles into a great recruitment process. In this session we will cover:

  • What does inclusive recruitment look like? – A beginning to end approach
  • How do we advise and take Positive Action in recruitment?
  • How do we engage and support social mobility in recruitment?
  • Group discussion on what’s next. How do we take this forward?


Who should attend?
This session may appeal to non-profit and public sector professionals in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR or Diversity and Inclusion. There is no dedicated pre-work, but we would ask that you come with questions or great examples of things that have worked well before.

Speaker: Naz Mir - Inclusion & Diversity Consultant, Inclusive Employers 

Naz joined Inclusive Employers in September 2020 as an Inclusion & Diversity Consultant and also manages our Members Desk offering. Since this time, Naz has acted as the Account Manager for TPP
​and has been closely supporting and advising on the inclusion journey for the business.

​Before Inclusive Employers, Naz worked inhouse at a sports brand management company supporting
sport and lifestyle brands through Organisational Development and enabling culture change, through Inclusion & Diversity, embedding  organisational values, wellbeing & performance. Whilst he has broad knowledge in all things Inclusion, Naz’s particular interest lies in Neurodiversity,  as well as
understanding differences in thinking styles and how our conscious and unconscious selves make up
who we are and how we experience the world. As a voracious reader, Naz spends lots of time researching, reading and upskilling himself on all things ​Inclusion to ensure he is ahead of the curve.
