  • Project management of technical integration for new “Careers Corner” and “Social Centre”
  • Created membership process maps and inputs, identifying internal and external risks, controls, and quality objectives
  • Event management: coordinating global meet up events doubling membership sales
  • Stakeholder management: learner inductions, platform tours, sales pitches and project presentations
