  • Overall responsibility for the operational delivery of three campuses
  • Management of the Student Services, Assessments, Safeguarding and Prevent teams
  • Successfully led teams over two induction periods and implemented several new initiatives
  • Worked with senior colleagues in the estates teams to ensure that campuses met Covid-19 health and safety guidelines
  • Ensuring that staff are passionate about delivering exceptional service and contributing positively to students’ experience 
  • Managed a wide range of activities within registry including statutory returns for both FE and HE provisions
  • Initiated changes to working practices aligned with best practices and audit compliance
  • Improved numerous internal reports by automating the majority of the UCAS application report and DLHE processes

  • Effectively managing a small team of five individuals supporting exam weeks
  • Making reasonable adjustments for students throughout their enrolment life cycle
  • Overseeing subject matter experts, markers including organising and attending moderations and standardisation meetings 
  • Acknowledging complaints and queries accordingly, ensuring decisions comply with policy and guidelines

  • Overseeing support, resources and funding for campaigns tackling a variety of issues such as: accessibility, racism, sustainability and climate change
