Emma is an experienced business support and recruitment professional offering a track record in trustee/non-executive (and interim management) recruitment. She’s committed to supporting essential strategic and board-level appointments to ensure provision for beneficiaries; support and guidance for the executive; and confidence for the public and other 3rd parties is maintained, as well as for the personal motivations and professional development aims of individual candidates.
To date Emma has helped appoint 500+ trustees and Committee Members with a variety of skills across a broad range of organisations.
Outside work she enjoys entertaining family and friends, including growing some of what’s on the menu, and enjoys going for Walkies as proud Pooch-Parent to Abe and Todd.

Impressed by their commitment to the company and ensuring the right people are invited to the team, from both ‘technical’ and personal perspectives.
As well as supporting all the trustee appts, climbed Ben Lui, one of the munros – all 3,700ft!

The organisation: Arts Emergency helps young people flourish in higher education and the cultural industries.
