We conducted an initial discovery and job brief meeting with RADA to ascertain their needs and requirements.  With the benefit of an existing relationship and further knowledge about RADA following this  meeting we sourced suitable candidates for them:

• We constructed a detailed recruitment schedule based on RADA’s availability to make the process as smooth and quick as possible, advising on the best approach to ensure candidates remain engaged throughout the process.
  
  
• We conducted a thorough search of suitable candidates from TPP’s extensive database where we were able to contact available candidates who we already knew and had been screened.
  
  
• We accessed our networks to establish if there were any other suitable candidates available and asked for referrals.
  
  
• In addition to screening candidates from our own database, we produced an advertising campaign that featured on relevant job boards to ensure we attracted a wide range of suitable professionals for the role.
  
  
• We provided RADA with a shortlist of suitable candidates who were genuinely interested in this opportunity and committed to the process. We outlined clearly each of their skills and suitability for the role, co-ordinated the interviews and ensured every candidate was fully prepared, with access to all the information they needed to make the best impression.
