Recruitment Consultant - MarComms & Digital

TPP currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and successful Recruitment Consultant to add to our Marketing & Communications team. You will work closely with the Divisional Manager to maintain existing business and build relationships with new clients.

The Role

The Marketing & Communications team is one of the longest established divisions within TPP and has grown from strength to strength over the years.

You’ll be recruiting across a broad range of marketing and communications roles, including Digital Marketing, Celebrity Liaison, and PR.  Due to the nature of the roles, networking is extremely interesting, and you might find yourself sitting next to the mastermind of the Ice Bucket Challenge or #nomakeupselfie.

The Ideal Candidate

Ideally we are looking for a Consultant who has experience of recruiting for the third or public sector, although this is not essential and we will certainly consider those from commercial agencies. TPP offer a highly competitive salary and an excellent commission scheme and in return we are looking for someone who is motivated, hardworking and passionate about what they do.

We have strong existing relationships with organisations and require someone who is willing to go the extra mile whilst also having the drive to seek and develop new networks and clients in this optimistic economy.
