Having worked in HR Admin previously, Yohance joined TPP as a Recruitment Administrator, supporting the Fundraising and Development team. Outside of work I am a keen learner, I know a little French, bass guitar, sign language and coding.
Why did you join TPP?
I joined TPP because I love the principles they follow. I really wanted to work in a mature environment where people take pride in their work, and I feel like TPP is this for me.
Unusual fact?
My grandfather played cricket for West Indies. Roy Fredericks.
Favourite film or book?
Natives by Akala. Very good book, a complex issue explained in a very accessible way. I recommend to everybody who will listen.
Tea or coffee?
Coffee. Tea and I don't get along. Not anymore.
