Leighton has close to a decade of education and non-profit recruitment experience with international agencies as well as small start-ups. Currently working within the MarComms and Digital Team here at TPP, Leighton specialises in permanent and long-term positions with a variety of charities, membership bodies and non-profit organisations, helping them to source marcomms and digital professionals for junior, middle management to more senior, director levels roles. Sector knowledge along with a personable, honest approach has allowed Leighton to build strong, long-standing relationships with both candidates and clients.
On a personal level, music is a big passion for Leighton, and he regularly produces and releases music under the Alias LA-10 where he has gained a global fanbase. He has a keen interest in health and fitness, nutrition, and mindfulness.
