What TPP do for you
TPP have a huge range of charity jobs and other opportunities. You can apply for a specific vacancy through this website, or through our mobile site on your smart phone.
Alternatively, you can send your CV, together with information about your availability, salary and role requirements, direct to the relevant team (see divisions links at the top right of this page).
After reviewing your CV you will receive an email or telephone call to let you know whether we are able to assist you. If we are, you will be invited to come and meet with a consultant for a one to one interview, known as a registration. Our offices in London have private interview rooms, full testing facilities and are fully accessible.
During the registration meeting, your consultant and yourself will discuss exactly what you're looking for from your career and how we can help you to achieve those goals. We'll also go over your CV with you to show you how to make it appeal to potential employers. Please allow approximately one hour for the registration process.
At TPP, we want to help our candidates with their long term career aspirations and, if necessary, will suggest courses, seminars, books etc, which we think would be of benefit to you.
As you are aware, first impressions are very important, therefore we would like to ask that you attend our registration meeting dressed as you would for a formal job interview.
TPP prides itself on being an Equal Opportunities employer. Please read our
Equal Opportunities and Diversity Policy
. All candidates will be asked to complete an equal opportunities monitoring form on registration. This information is anonymous and kept separately from your application.
In order to ascertain your eligibility to work in the UK you will be asked to provide a passport (including relevant and valid visas) or other accepted form of identification. We also take up references for all candidates seeking temporary work.
If you have any questions regarding the registration process, please feel free to contact the relevant team direct, they are happy to answer your questions and provide advice.
TPP look forward to hearing from you.
