Great Britain
Wheelchair Rugby used TPP to hire a new Chief Executive in the summer of 09.
With such an important position to fill, it was imperative that we could
attract a wide range of qualified candidates. One of the most disappointing
aspects of previous recruitment drives with other agencies was the low level of
applications both in terms of quality and quantity. GBWR had used TPP before
and were confident that this would not be a problem. We received over 80
serious applications. Obviously, this left GBWR and TPP with much work to do,
in order to select a short list and make a decision after interviews. However,
the quality of our appointment should bring massive benefits to our
organisation.
TPP offer a very
tailored service. They ask all the right questions at the beginning of the
process, and provide guidance and advice all the way through. We are a small
organisation, and our needs were very specific. TPP helped shape a job
description which would attract the right candidates, and designed an advertising
strategy which had the desired reach. And with our limited resources, TPP
managed to do all this and still provide very competitive rates.

Frishberg, Chairman, Great
Britain Wheelchair Rugby
“CATA had been seeking
a new Development Director for several months, including one abortive round of
interviews. It became clear that we needed a robust and focused search from a
specialist consultancy. I was particularly impressed with the way in which
the team took time to understand the nature of the post and the nuances of our
particular organisation. TPP were thoroughly professional, efficient and
dedicated, moving quickly to tap into their network of fundraising
professionals from the Arts and wider Third Sector. They provided an impressive
list of candidates from which a short list was interviewed, all of whom were
both committed and appropriately qualified. I am delighted with the appointment
made and think it unlikely that we would have been so successful without TPP’s
help. I would have no hesitation in recommending them and utilising their
knowledge and services again.”

Newton, Chief Executive, The Prince's Foundation for Children & the Arts
I have always found TPP to be very professional and friendly, listening
thoroughly to our candidate specifications and making sure they understand not
only the skills required for posts, but also the type of person we need in our
offices. As a smaller charitable organisation, they have taken on board our
budget needs, without stinting on the quality. I would recommend TPP without
hesitation to similar organisations.

I started working for
TPP on August 2009 on a temporary assignment at the English National Ballet, I
found the whole experience rewarding, but what really impressed me was the
level of communication and support I received from Donna. Nothing seemed too
much trouble and often we often spoke on many occasions about my future
options, and she always was prepared to go that extra mile to try and place me
in permanent employment. I would have no trouble
in recommending TPP for future job hunting opportunities.

I have been very
happy and satisfied with the service that TPP Not for Profit have provided me
with. I have found both you and Michelle to be very pro-active
in consistently finding me a variety of roles that have been, diverse,
interesting and fun. Also you have both guided me through interview tips when
you have put me forward for permanent roles, of which you have both been very
clear and concise. I have enjoyed all the places I have temped at. And I
haven't mind where the roles have been in London.
Variety is the spice of life.
I think TPP Not for Profit care about their clients, are very friendly and
always available to speak to regarding any matters of concern i.e. any
particular roles or pay. Its a wrench that I won't be using TPP Not For Profit
in the near future but I would like to think that if I need to use your
services again in the future or distance future, I will enjoy the working
relationship we have had.
