We are committed to providing an excellent level of service to all our clients and candidates. Not only is it vital that we represent the client and get to know them, it is of the utmost importance that we understand our candidates so that the result is a positive and successful outcome for all parties.

What our candidates and clients have to say about us is a testament to the service we provide. Please read below and decide for yourself if you feel we are the best choice.

"I had been searching for the ideal job in the third sector and applied for dozens of positions which secured double figure interviews. I was delighted when TPP led me through the selection process for Director of Policy at BUAV, the organisation against animal testing. However, over several months of searching I came across real variations in the quality of service from recruitment agencies; the good, the bad and the very ugly.
It seems that many recruitment agencies especially the larger ones have no understanding of how to deliver good customer service to candidates. They seem to think that they are all canon fodder and that their paymasters are the only customers to please. They do not seem to grasp that some candidates do secure jobs and one day may well be their paymasters! However, if candidates are treated badly it may influence which recruitment companies they recommend in the future.
A few examples of the way I was treated included, telephone calls and emails not answered, total arrogance on the telephone from agency staff, sending me to interviews where clearly I was not what the client was looking for, losing my CV and personal details, demanding endless changes to a CV and then not using it, promising me that I would secure a final interview and to prepare for it and then finding that I am pulled at the last minute. What these agencies fail to understand is that as a customer of theirs I have wasted so much time and money being subjected to this treatment. It personally cost me several hundred pounds in travel, accommodation and telephone calls; not to mention my lost time as a business consultant.
In my personal opinion, TPP have been an excellent selection agency committed to top quality customer service for candidates. In contrast to other agencies TPP were like a breath of fresh air. There was always a pleasant voice at the end of the telephone. If one of the Executive Team was out of the office messages were always taken and passed on or an out of office email reply had an alternative email or telephone number to contact. I was clearly and honestly told each step of the way how I was progressing and what to expect next. Any of my requests were promptly dealt with and after each interview I received a polite follow up. Everyone at TPP are friendly and approachable and in my opinion professionally handled the client's brief when they were dealing with candidates.
My genuine thanks to Jo and Rebecca and I would happily recommend TPP to anyone after my positive experiences. Others just talk about customer service - TPP actually do it."
Paul Marsden, Policy Director, BUAV - Candidate

“TPP possesses the acumen and experience to help the jobseeker and employer to meet and match. I will certainly be utilising TPP with the much further expansion of our company.”
Facilities Director, Major Investment Bank.

"You have been my best agents by far and I have recommended you to a number of my friends.”
Jonine Nash – Candidate

“I have been using TPP as our main recruitment agent as Capita’s flagship Health Solutions office for the past nine months. Their service to date has been exemplary.”
Andre Henriot Operations Manager, Capita Health Solutions

“Earlier this year the corporate fundraising team was in need of a part time contract worker to complete a set of research projects that would take about six months. We required an individual with good communications skills, experienced in corporate research who would reflect the values and beliefs of Citizens Advice.
TPP Not for Profit provided me with a dedicated account manager, Thomas Case, who came to meet with me to discuss the role in detail. Following our conversation I received several CV's, which Thomas had provided from his own shortlist of registrations. We had several ensuing conversations to discuss their details and from this organised interviews. We appointed a candidate we are still employing today and have been extremely pleased with his continued progress. The service I received was thorough, efficient and friendly and I am pleased we have been continuing to build on this relationship.”
Patrick Salaun, Corporate Partnerships Manager, Citizens Advice Bureau

“Over the past four years I have built a very strong relationship with the medical support team at TPP.  I have found them consistent in their approach, understanding the needs of the Directorate and always providing the right people at the right time. I have engaged both temporary and permanent applications from them, and they always present excellent candidates with the right skills and experience, often at very short notice. I had no hesitation in recommending them to colleagues within the Organisation, who are now using them on a regular basis.
On the whole, they are brilliant!”
Louise Cox, Royal Brompton and Harefield NHS

“TPP has built a long-term relationship with us which means that they have a good understanding of our needs and our culture. They are professional and a pleasure to work with, and have placed exceptional candidates with us at all levels. TPP has demonstrated time and again an all-round expertise in finance, marketing, fundraising and executive positions.
I think the most important thing for me has been that TPP has worked with us, rather than for us, to secure the best people for our organisation. I get the sense that TPP is interested in our continued success, rather than just filling particular vacancies as quickly as possible”.
Rikesh Shah, Director of Finance & Administration, Somerset House Trust
