Did you know TPP are trusted by a broad range of non-profit and public sector organisations to recruit critical roles within Education and Training?

We recruit Education and Training specialists for diverse, vital roles in the following categories:

Professional membership associations, awarding organisations and regulatory bodies

These organisations are key in the ongoing training and development for professionals in a range of industries from healthcare to aviation and engineering. TPP are well known across the professional education sector to recruit roles within assessment and qualification development, examinations, CPD, quality assurance, professional standards, e-learning, apprenticeship services, product development and specialist learning and development projects.

To apply for these roles, you usually won’t need to have specific industry experience, but instead, experience within the administration, design, delivery or operational management of professional education programmes. Often, candidates who have worked within universities or colleges will also be suitable. There are also often excellent career progression opportunities in these organisations.

Charities and social enterprises

TPP recruit education specialists for a range of charities with vital causes to promote their message through a variety of roles. These roles focus on delivering learning and engagement activities for young people and adults, outside of mainstream education and disadvantaged groups in the community. Jobs in this area include education delivery and development, further education and skills, employability services, museum and heritage education and social enterprises.

Raising awareness for a charity is incredibly important in delivering their overall objective. These types of roles are usually suited to those with experience of delivering or developing educational programmes for children and young people, such as teachers, outreach workers or curriculum developers. Importantly, a clear passion for learning and development for people at a disadvantage is key.

Higher and Further Education institutions

We also recruit educational specialists for universities, colleges and training providers. A typical role in this sector will fall within administration, student services, student recruitment, registry, student welfare, course coordination, quality assurance, events, and office support.

Jobs in this sector are critical to ensuring the learner journey is effective and a positive experience. Often, these education institutions look for those with existing experience in higher or further education administration but those with experience in professional membership bodies or awarding bodies will also present good transferrable skills.

We have several vacancies currently live in all categories.

You can find them and apply here.
