Recruitment Consultant - Fundraising & Development

TPP Not for Profit (formerly The Principle Partnership) currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their Fundraising & Development team.

TPP are one of the UK’s leading not for profit recruiters who work with a wide range of clients and organisations ranging from International NGOs to independent health charities. The Fundraising & Development team is the longest established of our eight teams and they place unique third sector candidates who generate vital income.

Ideally we are looking for a Consultant who has experience or knowledge of the third or public sector. This does not necessarily have to have been placing Fundraising candidates however experience of this would be extremely beneficial!

TPP offer a competitive salary and an excellent commission scheme in return we are looking for someone who is motivated, hard working and passionate about what they do. We have strong existing relationships with organisations and they require someone who is willing to go the extra mile whilst also having the drive to seek and develop new networks and clients in a tough climate.
