TPP Not for Profit - Marketing Manager - Part time 3 days/week - £35,000 pro rata - City of London - closes ASAP - Reference 34693ED
 
Established in 1996, TPP Not for Profit meets the specialist recruitment needs for Not for Profit organisations. As one of the original charity and public sector recruiters we are looking for a part time Marketing Manager (three days per week) to maintain our strong position within the market by working at a strategic and operational level to attract candidates and clients and promote our brand.

As Marketing Manager you will be responsible for planning, developing and overseeing EDM and DM as well as designing and formatting internal and external marketing material. You will also maintain and improve the website  including SEO in conjunction with our web developers. You will be responsible for ensuring the consistency of TPP's brand as well as monitoring and analysing  market trends, you will be required to organise and oversee events including seminars, lunches and recruitment fairs.
 
This is a challenging and diverse role and we are looking for someone with:
 
Significant brand and DM experience.
Experience of b2b and b2c marketing.
Copywriting/proof reading experience.
Experience of using the following applications: Photoshop, Paintshop, InDesign, Quark, Animationshop Pro and email deployment  software.
Previous experience of working in a sales or recruitment environment would be beneficial.
A marketing qualification or equivalent.
 
This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills as you will maintain close communication with all internal teams to ensure your insight in to their specific marketing needs.
