The RNLI is the charity that saves lives at sea. Our lifeboat crews rescue 23 people a day, while our lifeguards patrol more than 200 beaches in the summer. In 2013 alone 8,384 people were rescued.
Join our team of volunteers who contribute their time, energy and skills collecting for the RNLI. Your help will ensure we can take advantage of this great opportunity by increasing support within the community and raising vital funds needed to keep on saving lives.
We are looking for all kinds of people with all kinds of skills who can offer a little bit of their time to help at an RNLI event at different times throughout the year - assisting at one of our events would be a great help to this lifesaving charity. You don't need to have any prior experience or knowledge of the RNLI and we will provide everything you need on the day. All we ask is that you are enthusiastic and friendly and we will guide you through the rest - come and say hello!
This role would suit a friendly, welcoming person who enjoys being part of a team and getting involved within their local community.
