TPP are delighted to be working with a progressive charity on an exciting opportunity to grow their member audience by four fold. The charity has a vital function in supporting disabled and disadvantaged people in striving to enable them to make positive changes to their lives through training and employment.
The trust supports a diverse range of individuals, however most prominent is their practical advice and support they provide on assistive technology to disabled and older members of the public. With an ever growing need for their services, the trust wish to establish a Training Service Development Manager position to aid in their growth plans.
Ideally with a Health and Social Care background, the right manager will have the ability to develop, deliver and more importantly identify new ways in which to reach a wider audience through training programmes.
You will ideally have a relevant teaching or training qualification as well as a patient and positive outlook to work with staff of all levels of IT knowledge and ability. Reaching over 600 delegates a year, you will mainly be working with trainee Occupational Health consultants or similar delegates in ensuring they are fully trained in the usability and effectiveness of the technology the disabled members use on a day to day basis.
