TPP's client are a national charity who offer a number of services to homeless people of all ages. They are the largest supplier of accommodation based services in England and are currently seeking Team Managers in South London.
The aim of this role is to provide a support service to homeless customers with complex support needs. The ideal candidate should have experience in leading and managing a housing management services operation. This role will involve staff management, as well as housing management, service delivery and financial management. There will also be an element of liaison with external agencies, therefore an understanding of welfare benefits and issues affecting the housing sector is essential.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a solid knowledge of the housing and accommodation sector and is looking for a new challenge in leading and directing a team of staff to deliver a high quality service.
In order to be considered for this role, you will need to have proven experience of working in a similar role, the ability to build a team and effectively manage people and a sound knowledge of the importance of QAF and supporting people contracts as well as welfare benefits and welfare reform changes.
