A fantastic charity based in Surrey are recruiting a Supporter Operations Manager to join their team.

Main duties for the Fundraising Operations Manager:
To develop and implement an annual operational business plan aligned to supporter experience
Overall responsibility for integrations and developments to the database
Contribute to wider plans for the organisation
Overall responsible for supporter experience within the charity
Management of third party suppliers
Line management and development of staff
Responsible for data integrity and data marketing
Overall responsible for supporter care/ experience within the charity
To update training manuals and deliver database training
To produce regular KPI reports

Essential criteria for the Fundraising Operations Manager:
Educated to degree level or equivalent
Advanced database management experience
Experience of managing data to support customer or supporter insight
Proven experience of implementing strategic plans
Proven experience of motivating staff
Experience of working as a part of a small team
Proven ability to manage third party suppliers
