A national charity are seeking an experienced Supporter Journey Manager to join their successful team.
Main duties for the Supporter Journey Manager:
To develop and refine supporter communication process, testing programmes and schedules
To create supporter journeys that draw on supporter behaviour and propensity
To work with other teams to actively create opportunities to learn about supporters
To work with internal groups to fill gaps in communication plans
To take the lead with all non-financial oriented supporter journeys
Essential criteria for the Supporter Journey Manager:
Knowledge of fundraising, marketing, data strategy development and delivery
Proven background within supporter/ customer journey development
Excellent communication skills to analyse, interpret and present complex data
Ability to negotiate and help others achieve desired outcomes
Experience of contributing to organisational strategy
Experience within a customer focused environment
