Supporter Care Manager - Temporary

Our client a leading health charity based in north London are seeking an experience Supporter Care Manager to support and manage the team on an interim basis for approximately 8 weeks.
The Supporter Care Manager will report to the Head of Supporter Engagement, you will be responsible in the development and delivering of the centralised contact point for the supporters, members, volunteers and general public, thought challenging and improving processes to ensure excellence in customer care, ensuring that staff working in the team are developed so that they provide a high level of support to all audiences contacting or using the services of the centralised contact point.

Personal Specification:
- Experience of managing an organisational centralised service center

- Experience of delivering an effective and progressive programme of customer service delivery to both internal and external customers
- Experience of recording, dealing with and responding to complaints and feedback
- A proven track record of success in leading and managing a team of comparable size and complexity, to deliver high quality results to tight and sometimes conflicting deadlines
- Experience of developing, communicating and implementing business plans
- Experience of managing outbound calling projects and campaigns
- Proven planning and project management experience to control effective use of resources
- Demonstrable experience of applying effective problem solving techniques when the situation demands
- Experience of financial and budgetary management
