To support within the supporter care team
To collect and open post
To log donations
To download and action internal and external reports
Answer supporter questions
To manage the reception area
To be the first point of contact for couriers and visitors
Essential criteria for the Supporter Care Administrator/ Receptionist:
Excellent administration skills
Customer service experience
Experience of working with databases
