International Development Charity – Support Services Manager – Warwickshire – £33,694 - £39,317 – J53964EJT

I am working with a highly innovative International Charity in the heart of Warwickshire to help them recruit for a creative Head of Major Partnerships. This International Charity challenges poverty in developing countries and provide them with the tools that will allow them to achieve a reasonable standing of living. They currently work in 13 countries in Africa, Asia and Latin America improving the lives of around one million people a year. The successful candidate will have the chance to travel and visit projects in these countries.

Within this role you will lead and manage the Charity’s Support Care Team with specific responsibility for gift administration, support care, enquires and legacy administration. You will be responsible for 7 support care officers, a legacy officer and an information officer there for management skills are key. Part of your role will be to develop, build and maintain relationships both internally and externally across all levels.

This is a once in a life time for opportunity for someone with the following experience;

  • Degree level or relevant qualification or comparable experience in Business Studies,
    Management; Administration or Marketing

  • Experience of managing change at an operational level

  • Experience of working in third sector organisation.

  • Demonstrable and relevant management experience in Supporter Care/Customer Service within the voluntary and/or commercial sector

  • Proven and relevant management experience of planning, implementing, developing, reviewing, monitoring and evaluating operational plans objectives and projects.

  • Proven experience of providing excellent customer service and delivering on service level objectives across an organisation

  • Demonstrable experience of developing policies and processes
