TPP Recruitment are working with a national provider of health and social care to recruit a Service Manager to oversee their Supported Living service in Dumfries.
Our client have over 20 years of experience providing social care and support to a range of vulnerable people. Whether at home or in the community, they are committed to providing world-class care and support to their service users, and are looking for a Service Manager who is equally dedicated to the provision of person-centred care.
As Service Manager, you will be overseeing the running of a service which caters to individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and other needs, in a supported living environment and the community. An experienced manager, you will bring a positive energy to your role, inspiring your colleagues.
As Service Manager you will manage your team to ensure that the service is meeting the necessary standards so a full working knowledge of Care Standards, Regulations and Valuing People is essential. You will hold a Level 4 NVQ/SVQ in Management in Care or your Registered Managers Award or will be willing to work towards this. You will also have significant experience of working with learning disabilities.
