A well-established membership organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Examinations Administrator to join their busy exams team on a 1 year fixed term contract.

Main duties for the Senior Examinations Administrator:
To ensure all IT equipment is accessible and in use for online marketing system
To manage the exams database
To administer Filemaker pro question bank
To assist with production of updating literature for the team
To supervise any temporary staff within the team
To take the lead with any candidate queries and administration
Secretary to multiple committees
To liaise with internal teams and external colleges, tutors or educational trainers
Dispatching relevant information to teams, hospitals and colleges
Provide detailed reports on statistics

Essential criteria for the Senior Examinations Administrator:
Educated to degree level or equivalent
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Excellent working knowledge of MS office including advanced knowledge
Excellent proof reading skills
Previous experience of supervising staff
An understanding of the examinations process would be desirable
Experience of managing committees
Ability to work form own initiative
