A great opportunity for a Senior Direct Marketing Officer to join a national youth charity in a diverse, interesting role. Reporting into the DM and Legacies Manager, this post will have all day to day responsibility for the calendar of DM activity. This will include various channels, including sponsorship products, legacy, committed giving, in-mem, and online. They are aiming to grow income and so are looking for this person to bring new campaign ideas to the table for testing and rolling out this year.

Key responsibilities:
-Develop, implement and manage specific aspects of the appeals programme
-Develop, manage and monitor sponsorship products
-Prepare regular reports and present findings to the DM and Legacies Manager
-Assist with budgeting and forecasting
-Line manage a Marketing Assistant

Essential criteria:
-Experience of managing DM campaigns across a range of media
-Experience of managing supplier and/or internal departments to deliver campaigns
-Experience of writing plans and budgets
-Experience in digital marketing and appeals
