We are currently working with a professional regulatory body who are recruiting for a Registration Caseworker to join the team of 5 on a permanent basis.
You will be responsible for effectively managing the registration of oversees applications, ensuring they qualify in line with the EU requirements
Provide assistance, advice and support to applicants, members of the public, internal and external colleagues and stakeholders and professional advisers.
Attending and representing the organisation at assessment panel meetings and hearings as required and minuting these.
You will be required to update and accurately record all information on to the CRM
Make informed judgements and decisions on cases relating to professional qualifications, experience and health and character issues
Analyse and interpret complex information received regarding professional qualifications and experience obtained outside of the UK, together with health and character issues.
Carry out further investigations in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures relating to all aspects of an application to ensure full compliance as required.
To be considered for this role you must have experience and knowledge of relevant UK and EU legislation as applied in a regulatory environment and have roven track record of casework or similar functions requiring a high level of quality and accuracy.
