Our client is a national religious disability charity which particularly boasts a successful track record spanning over a century.
With key relationships with Employees and Managers at all levels within the organisation, you will spend your time shaping plans around resourcing & recruitment as well as liaising closely with HR colleagues & line management to ensure that the organisation has an effective recruitment service in place. In order to do so, you will be able to develop the recruitment team to ensure a high quality service.
As Recruitment Manager, you will keep informed and exploit digital technologies and information systems to ensure the applicant experience is positive as well as having the freedom to develop those systems that support talent management and succession planning. This will be an ideal role for anyone with a deep understanding of handling high volume recruitment within a complex organisation. As you settle into the role, you will be required to have a current understanding of employment legislation, in order to successfully negotiate managed supplier contracts.
This is ideal for those of you with an analytical mind, who have had exposure of translating high level plans into operational activity, especially to develop recruitment systems.
