A leading Health Charity is currently looking for a Project Support Officer to join their team in Warrington. This charity is an expert in its field and currently has over 6500 volunteers campaigning and raising awareness on their behalf. They believe in campaigning for change and providing support for those diagnosed. The overall purpose of this role is to enable good relationships through coordinating meetings, supporting joint working and ensuring regular communications with key stakeholders of the Charity. This role requires an immediate start and is a part time role of 21 hours. It is likely to run until the end of February.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with the following abilities;
*Has a project management approach to work and has the ability to work on own initiative and their prioritise workload
*Able to work and communicate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams and within a project environment.
*Has experience in organising professional meetings, committees, working groups and events.
*Have high level customer service skills.
*Excellent administrative and organisational skills
*Ability to work flexibly and to respond to changing tasks and priorities
*Ability to work to deadlines with a high degree of accuracy
*Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels.
This role requires an immediate start
This role may require travel within England and Wales
