Professional Standards and Education Manager- Bishop's Stortford

The professional body of one of the fastest growing professions in the UK are searching for a new role within the organisation to develop their Professional Standards and Education department.

The Professional Standards and Education Manager will be responsible for day to day management of the department and report to the Head of Department.

The key responsibilities of the role include:
Operational Management of Professional Standards & Education team
Qualifications development
Centre registration process
Policies and procedures ensuring compliance with Ofqual
Monitoring and evaluation of performance

The essential criteria for the Professional Standards and Education Manager role include::
Educated to degree standard or equivalent professional qualification
Understanding/experience of Professional Standards & Education requirements
Experience of quality assurance systems and control
Experiencing in managing a qualification programme
Experience in developing qualifications
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
Line management experience
Experience in managing volunteer relationships
Ability to manage systems and processes
Excellent IT skills (proficiency in Word and Excel)
Ability to work at senior management level and deputise for Head of Professional Standards & Education

This is a full time permanent role based in Bishop Stortford with excellent benefits which tie into their "way of working":
