This leading charity is seeking an Office Services Administrator. This is a new role with dual responsibilities, working on reception at front of house and supporting the Facilities Manager with ad-hoc facilities and office management support.
Key duties for the Office Services Administrator:
∙ Ensure the smooth running of the reception service, ensuring all calls are answered promptly and guests welcomed.
∙ Deal with enquires and escalate relevant issues
∙ Manage office stationary and staff catering supplies
∙ Undertake ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the management team
Essential criteria for the Office Services Administrator:
∙ Significant experience working within a Facilities Management or Office Management team
∙ Basic understanding of Health and Safety requirements
∙ Excellent IT skills, including MS Office applications
∙ Highly effective administration skills, with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
