One of my NHS clients are looking for a Receptionist Team Leader to work full time in their NHS GP/Walk in centre.

This Health centre is a medium sized GP practice and has a large number of walk in patients and are based in Middlesex

You will be required to support and lead the team under the guidance of the business manager, manage the rota's and ensure smooth and effective running of the centre.

Main Responsibilities include:-
*Ensure IT systems are being used appropriately
*Building team ethos
*Ensure effective communication
*Consistently delivering an excellent experience
*Supporting the clinical teams
*Meeting and greeting patients
*Working closely with the business manager

Essential Requirements:-
*Experience of working in a GP reception
*Ability to organise and manage rotas
*Ability to motivate team
*Good organisational skills
*Experience of delegation and management
*Experience using Vision IT systems would be desirable

The successful candidate must be eligible to work in the UK and be willing to undergo a enhanced CRB/DBS check.

Please note the successful candidate needs to be flexible with hours and days. It is likely that you will be needed to work a minimum of 1 weekend per month.
