3FF is a leading intercultural charity that builds good relations between people from different backgrounds. Their opportunities are open to applicants of all faiths, beliefs and cultures.
3FF’s internship programme aims to offer individuals the opportunity to gain experience of the interfaith/intercultural charity field while developing skills for their future careers. The contributions interns make to 3FF allows the organisation to continuously grow and improve.
Every year we provide internship opportunities for 30-40 individuals from different cultural, religious and international backgrounds. Bringing their own set of skills and interests, each intern leaves a unique mark on the organisation. Internships are typically a minimum of 3 months, working 3 days a week.
What you gain
The programme is designed to equip interns with practical and transferable skills through hands-on experience, allowing them to develop personally and professionally and enhancing their employability. Interns are given structured support from the 3FF staff, making sure that learning is done in a safe but challenging environment.
Training opportunities involve attending internal and external training sessions, observing 3FF’s activities out on the field and attending meetings and workshops alongside staff. In addition, interns have the chance to attend tailor-made workshops in CV-writing and interview skills.
