Our client is an International Not-For-Profit organisation and this team in particular boasts both a people-focussed ethos and most importantly, a warm, sociable, team-orientated working culture.
With a solid foundation in place during a current period of organisational change, the HR department sitting within the Operations team now requires an experienced & enthusiastic Head of HR to lead, guide & mentor the team.
TPP have previously placed a candidate within the team of 25 based in the London office, we're happy to say they are still in the post and clearly passionate about working in such an inclusive and rewarding environment.
As the core team leader, you will spend your time working strategically across the organisation, conducting large reviews on performance management systems, and reviewing the benefits package & pay as well as a experiencing plenty of exposure & involvement within the organisational restructure currently underway.

You will provide HR Business Partner support to the Senior Management & line managers and embed people strategies which include resourcing, talent management processes, and strategic people planning. In addition to this, you will lead and contribute to strategically important functional change projects and programmes as required in order to deliver relevant project deliverables to time, scope, quality and allocated budget and resource. This will be an ideal role for anyone who has previous Head of HR experience, who has dealt with complex organisational change and someone who knows what a great HR strategy looks like & is confident with what they need to do to deliver this to the organisation. Although this role is predominantly desk based, you will have the opportunity to take advantage of flexible working hours, including 1 day a week working from home and enjoy operational away days which each team receives. In addition, being an international organisation, some travel abroad may also be required.
As you settle in to the role, you will be involved in outlining organisational people-related priorities and context by supporting the effective communication and engagement across the organisation.
