Would you like to help create and devise the Individual Giving strategy for a much loved local Charity? This really is such an exciting time to be joining the team!

The Individual Giving Fundraising Manager will be responsible for developing and increasing income from new and existing donors through the development of campaigns, appeals, direct marketing initiatives and legacies. The post holder will develop and lead an Individual Giving and Legacy program and have overall responsibility for donor development, supporter acquisition and retention, as well as providing support on this to other members of the Income Generation Team

This is such an exciting opportunity to join the team and contribute to the development of the overall income generation strategy and other long-term strategic plans! In order to apply you will need:

Significant fundraising experience.
Experience of working on individual giving campaigns and related fundraising
Experience of supporter development and relationship management
Ability to set and meet fundraising targets and of income and expenditure budget management.
Proven experience of staff management and team leadership
Experience of budgeting and managing resources.
