A well-established disability charity is seeking a HR Project Manager (Recruitment) to review and implement a new recruitment strategy for the organisation.
This role will be for 1 year and will work closely with the Director of HR.
Main duties for the HR Project Manager (Recruitment):
Develop a recruitment strategy
Implement the new strategy incorporating the uses of the iRecruit system
Ensuring that the charity's values are communicated across all external communications
Review whole recruitment cycle, ensuring good practice is followed
Coach and support line managers with recruitment practice and process
Working closely with L&D & HR BP's to develop the induction process
Review and evaluate key performance indicators
Essential criteria for the HR Project Manager (Recruitment)
Degree educated or qualification within human resources
Knowledge of various recruitment methodologies
Ability to translate strategic plans into an operations plan
Understanding of job evaluation systems and practices
Previous experience of internal recruitment processes
Experience of updating policies
