A well-established charity based in London are seeking a HR Manager to join their team, the successful candidate will manage 2 members of staff.
Main duties for the HR Manager:
To manage and develop 2 members of staff
To provide robust reporting
To provide support to line managers
To contribute to development and implement of key policies
To lead HR project work
To deputise for the Head of HR
Manage a caseload of complex employee relations matters
Assist with induction and on boarding process
Essential criteria for the HR Manager:
MCIPD qualified of equivalent
Experience of managing staff
Excellent knowledge of HR administration functions
Strong employee relations experience
Ability to manage, develop and retain talent
