The Area Management Team has had a really eventful past few months and due to an increasing workload, is now expanding yet again to recruit a two permanent positions which includes a HR Adviser and a HR Business Partner. I am recruiting both of these roles, in which both are located in both East Midlands and East Anglia.
As key members of the team, both of these roles are identical. You will spend your time to help develop and implement a people plan as well as naturally provide day-to-day support and advice to employees on HR related issues, coaching management to address such topics.
The scope of your role will mean you will be able to contribute to the development and delivery of the annual operating plan to ensure that both strategy and plans achieve complete alignment which tie in with OD, engagement frameworks and policies & practices.
As you settle in to your role, you will lead the implementation of organisational projects within teams, ensuring they are rolled out and embedded locally. This will be an ideal role for anyone who has previously coached & advised on change areas as well as having coached in the recruitment & selection field. In addition, you will receive numerous opportunities to contribute to the development and delivery of interventions which embed a culture of performance management, including succession planning, talent management & organisational effectiveness.
This is perfect for those of you with previous experience of providing generalist HR advice and coaching management on all areas of HR. You audience will be line management, therefore a history of developing positive working relationships to coach and influence management will appeal.
If you would like to play a key part in a team that will invest in your own personal development and career aspirations, then I would like to discuss this role with you in further detail.
