Are you looking for a role with a charitable organisation who takes great pride in high quality care for everyone that crosses their doors? They are currently looking for 2 full time HR Advisers.

The first HR Adviser that they are looking for needs to specialises in Medical Staff. This organisation is looking for someone who can provide HR advice such as recruitment ad selection, employee relations and workforce planning. This role has a fantastic salary band starting from £25,783 - £34,530. Reference J50739EDR

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with the following abilities;

*A sound working knowledge of employment legislation, good HR practice and policies and management procedures, gained via significant previous experience of working in an HR environment.
*Must have working knowledge of the NHS.
*IT literate with good keyboard skills.
*Effective negotiating/influencing skills.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*All tasks to be undertaken with a high degree of speed and accuracy.
*Excellent organisational skills, with ability to plan and coordinate activities.

This charity is also looking for a Human Resource Adviser to also help support their team in Cumbria
They are looking for someone who can provide advice and support to line managers and employees across a range of HR services. Again this role has a great Salary Band for this role starts from £21,478 - £27,901. Reference J50738EDR

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with the following abilities;

*Proficient in word processing and in-depth knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages.
*A sound working knowledge of a range of policies and management procedures.
*Ability to judge and analyse appropriate courses of action when advising managers and staff.
*Ability to plan, prioritise, manage and organise workload to meet conflicting and competing service needs.
*Demonstrate interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate, negotiate and influence a range of staff and management at all levels within the organization with the ability to establish links with external organizations both verbal and written using the most appropriate mechanism for the achievement of required outcomes.
*Presentation skills and techniques and ability to facilitate large and small groups.
*Ability to work on own initiative whilst working to tight deadlines.
