Start: ASAP ideally w/c 26th of January
*Quality checking and dispatch of papers
*Minute taking at executive and non-executive meetings
*Supporting the administration of non executive appointments, including recruitment and induction of new non-executive members
*Management of speaking engagements and meeting for non-executives
*Maintaining declaration of interest records processing expenses in line with guidance
*Dealing with queries of non-executives
*Supporting the update and drafting of governance policies
Skills and experience:
*Experience of taking concise minutes for senior executives and non-executives
*Experience of coordinating meetings
*Understanding the legislative framework
*Excellent IT skills
*Able to work independently and use own initiative
*Experience of working within a governance function
*Significant experience of working with senior colleagues/stakeholders
