A well-established health charity is seeking a Fundraising Strategy Implementation Business Partner to join their team for a 12 month contract.
The successful candidate will oversee the charities hospices, the successful candidate will stream line processes and work with senior managers to look at new and improved ways of working and obtaining funding.
Main duties for the Fundraising Strategy Implementation Business Partner:
To share information between hospices and head office
To support senior managers with strategy for growth of hospice income
To set up monthly meetings between senior management within the network
To build relationships with other local organisations
To support with the volunteer strategy and plans for each hospice
Essential criteria for the Fundraising Strategy Implementation Business Partner:
Previous experience of working with hospices
Previous experience of strategy and planning within fundraising and volunteer management
Understanding of supporter journeys
Excellent communication and management skills
