A well-established charity based in London are seeking a Fundraising Quality Officer to join their Direct Marketing team. The successful candidate will manage the relationship between agencies, fundraisers and the charity.
Main duties for the Fundraising Quality Officer:
Manage relationship between external agencies and charities
Manage training to external company and fundraisers
Manage complaints and address with relevant departments
Ensure compliance meets relevant codes of practice
Develop and devise quality control programmes
Shadowing fundraisers to ensure quality
Essential criteria for the Fundraising Quality Officer:
Experience of working with party agencies
Experience/knowledge of fundraising
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Experience of managing complaints within a customer focused environment
Knowledge of MS office including PowerPoint
Experience of working at an outsourcing agency would be desirable
