A well-established health related charity is seeking an experienced Fundraising Operations Business Partner to join their team.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience within the supporter care and database function.
Main duties for the Fundraising Operations Business Partner:
To support all fundraising teams with clear and efficient data and supporter care processes
To develop and implement fundraising strategy
To champion excellent supporter care across the organisation
To champion and access good quality data and information across fundraising
To develop training and support insight planning for the data and supporter teams
To oversee the supporter care and database teams
Essential criteria for the Fundraising Operations Business Partner:
Experience of managing operational functions within a fundraising environment
Experience of developing policies and procedures
Proven strategy experience within supporter care and database teams
Experience of delivering and leading projects
Ability to liaise and work collaboratively with senior managers
Experience of improving services
Strong budget management skills
