Job Description - EXPIRED

Fundraising Administrator - Temporary

An innovative and award winning charity are recruiting for a bright and enthusiastic Fundraising Administrator to join their small but busy team in Central London. This is a part time temporary post until the end of January 2017. They are targeting a start date of the 2nd week of September and so only candidates that are immediately available or on short notice should apply.

This is an exciting time to join the team as their campaign has seen exponential growth with ever increasing numbers of supporters wanting to contribute, with particular success and money raised from their Challenger Events.

Working closely with the Fundraising Director, you will be values driven with strong communication and customer service skills. They are looking for a team player, who is willing to go above and beyond and be confident in asking questions and taking initiative. You will ideally have Fundraising Administration experience with an understanding of the principles of relationship fundraising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To work with the Fundraising Team to support all fundraising activities.
  • To work with the Fundraising Manager and Fundraising Director to assist with the management of other donors and supporters when required.
  • To manage enquiries and pass onto other members of the team as appropriate.
  • Ensure all supporters receive relevant and timely communications alongside the Fundraising and Supporter Engagement Manager.
  • Inputting income to Salesforce database, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Ensure that information and advice given to participants complies with charity law and Institute of Fundraising code of practice under guidance of Fundraising Director.
  • To work with other staff and volunteers to ensure that all enquiries to CALM office are effectively dealt with and where appropriate posted out in a timely manner.

Please forward your CV’s asap and note again that the start date for this role will be in the first few weeks of September and so only candidates who are immediately available or on short notice should apply.
