A well-established NFP organisation is seeking a Senior Administrator to support its events team, the successful candidate will be supporting with event/ membership administration and research for the team when required.
Main duties for the Senior Administrator:
Support to the events team: Managing invites, registrations and logistics and coordination
Dealing with telephone queries from members and stakeholders
Production of reports and lists using excel
Prepare and distribute letters, emails and reports
To carry out research as required
All administration and secretarial support that is required by the team
Essential criteria for the Senior Administrator:
Previous experience within events/ membership administration
Proven administration skills
Excellent telephone manner
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to produce reports
Excellent database skills
